So, when my little brother and I were in High School, we were left to watch the cows for a night during calving season, while our folks went to a curling bonspiel.  Being teenage punks, we didn’t get up every couple hours during the night to check there were no calving problems, like we were supposed to, so morning saw a cow with a calf coming out backwards.  Thankfully, our slightly older and much wiser cousin Troy was there, and the blow-by-blow depicted here was how he saved the calf.  I saw the life flood back into the calves eyes same as Myles did – and it remains one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen.
